Sands of Iwo Jima (Republic, 1950). Fine+. Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14"). 
John Wayne plays John Stryker, a hard-edged Marine sergeant who pushes his green recruits to the limit. But his strict lessons come in handy when he leads the men into the infamous battle hell of Iwo Jima. This terrific original vintage lobby card set features Wayne in fighting form, as well as the iconic image of the American flag being raised on Mt. Suribachi. 

Starring John Wayne, John Agar, Adele Mara, Forrest Tucker, Wally Cassell, James Brown, Richard Webb, Arthur Franz, Julie Bishop, James Holden, Peter Coe, Richard Jaeckel, William Murphy, George Tyne, Hal Baylor, and Martin Milner. Directed by Allan Dwan.  Unrestored lobby cards with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. They may have edge wear, pinholes, smudges, and a few strips of cellophane tape on the verso for lobby card number 3.
