Highly Scarce Authentically Autographed Marlon Brando In-Character photo from his first Directed film "One Eyed Jacks".   As seasoned collectors already know, Mr. Brando was notorious for refusing to sign autographs and even loathed autograph seekers, which is why genuine signed photos are of the utmost Rarity.   This is a particularly choice specimen as he signed in the perfect light background location in vintage ball point pen resulting in great bold contrast, in his hand,"For Bob & Billy Rynes, Marlon Brando." .   And although this vintage In-Character  photo had restoration to the borders only,   this striking close-up of a smiling Brando is a Gem of a find!   Simply stunning!

Authentic Marlon Brando Signatures are Very Rare as he refused to sign autographs 99% of the time.  And because of that rarity his genuine signed items are highly desirable and valuable.  Which means more motive for Forgeries.  As matter of fact about 95% of the Brando autographs that appear on the market are forgeries and eBay is inundated with fake Brando Signatures.   I have collected and studied his signature for 40 years and hence know his Genuine signature well and can easily spot the forgeries.    Only invest in Brando autographs that have been certified by one of the three authentication services that are approved by eBay and also recognized by the industry and the most credible, namely PSA, JSA and Beckett.  This gem is guaranteed to pass any of those.   And also Guaranteed Authentic for Life.

Condition: A restored photo that has an overall presentable appearance. May show some signs of age, including edge and handling wear, mild creases and at one time someone trimmed the borders.     Restoration has addressed these issues and a new border has been added and the photo has been backed.      That said an extraordinary Historic Authentic Signed Brando photo of which very few exist in authentic form.  *Seasoned collectors know that Brando Never signed autograph requests, except once in a Blue Moon.  

The photo is signed "For Bob & Billy Rynes, Marlon Brando.".. Included is a Certificate of Authenticity from renown reputable dealer RR Auction.    Has also been PSA Pre-Certified.
