Beautiful vintage lobby card from this most unforgettable Hepburn classic.   Terrific border art (artist Robert McGinnis) with that striking image of Hepburn adorned with diamonds and a devoted cat.  

Excellent condition.  Has a 1965 studio re-release stamp in lower right corner which was common in the late 50s/early 60s to re-use the original release lobby cards for later re-releases.  But this is a guaranteed original 1961 release as you can see just above the 65/264 re-release stamp (which NOT part of the card but was added later in 1965) is the original 1961 NSS stamp 61/262 (the first number indicates the year card was used to promote the film).  See images above.

Although Audrey Hepburn had already won an Oscar for Roman Holiday and captured our hearts with Sabrina, it was Breakfast at Tiffany's that would become the film she most identified with. As the young girl Holly Golightly, she dreams of living in high society and having all the things that she feels are missing from life. George Peppard is the writer she falls for, but knows he can't give her the status in life she craves.
