1916 Boston Red Sox, "World Champion Infield" Posed at the Ballpark

1916 Photograph of the World Champion infield of the Boston Red Sox, posed along the fence at the ballpark in uniform.  Included among the seven men pictured are stars Dick Hoblitzel, Everett Scott, and Jack Barry as well as utility players Hal Janvrin, Del Gainer, and others. Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a full paper caption and in great shape, this is the only example of this image we have ever seen and it presents beautifully.
