Striking vintage circus artwork by Forrest Freeland, on this Original 1951 Barnum & Bailey poster.  Excellent condition with origna date and locaiton tag on bottom, providing great historical provenance.  .   NO triming or tears as most all these posters experience and bold bright colors, No fading. Great piece of history !

BIO:
Forrest Dean Freeland was a freelance artist for newspapers, movies and circuses. He was art director for the Detroit Free Press, then joined the Fox Theaters. In 1939 he worked for Ringling-Barnum, designing posters and advertising. Later he worked for a number of circuses and carnivals
